RATES AND SECURITY DEPOSIT

Rate:    Php 14,200 / night
    Security Deposit: Php 5,000

Security Deposit Policy:

To confirm your reservation, a security deposit of Php 5,000 is required. This amount is fully refundable within 2 to 3 days after check-out, provided there are no damages during your stay. A quick inspection will be done upon your departure, and once everything is cleared, the deposit will be returned promptly.

Full payment of Php 14,200 is required at least three (3) days before your scheduled stay.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in (unless stated otherwise). If cancellation has made less than 48 hours security deposit shall be forfeited.

Late cancellation less than 48 hours or no-show will incur a charge equivalent to 1 night’s stay or full stay.
Refund will be processed within 2-3 business days.

Villa Dita House Rules

  1. Check-in: 9:00am or 5:00pm
  2. Check-out: By 7:00 am or 3:00pm the next day
         Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
        Late check-out Fee – Php 1,000/hour
  3. Maximum Occupancy: 12-15 guests
    An additional rate of Php 500 per person applies if the number of guests exceeds the maximum allowed.
  4. Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
  5. Please treat our home with respect as if it were your own.
  6. Dispose of trash in designated bins.
  7. Report any damages or maintenance issues immediately.
  8. No smoking or vaping inside the bedrooms.
  9. If you are bringing pets, please ensure they wear a diaper while inside the premises.
  10. Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
  11. In case of emergency, you may contact directly to our admin personnel.
  12. You are responsible for any damages caused during your stay.
  13. Lost of key will incur a replacement fee of Php 1,000.00.
  14. Excessive cleaning or repair costs may be deducted from your deposit or charged separately.
  15. Please use of appliance and electronics responsibly.
  16. Only registered guests are allowed on the premises.
  17. No overnight guests without prior approval.
  18. The following activities are prohibited:
          a. Illegal activities of any kind.
          b. Excessive noise or disturbance to neighbors.
          c. Use of the property for any commercial purposes.

Porto Laiya Club House Rules

  1. Club House are open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm only.
  2. Day Tour Rates:
        a. Entrace Fee – Php 200.00
        b. Swimming rates: Adult – Php 300/head ; Kids (1-6 years old) – Php 100.00/head
  3. Water Sport Activities Fees:
        a. Balsa – with max of 10 person Php 1,500/hour
        b. Kayak – with max of 2 person Php 500/hour
  4. Safety Measures – Residents and guests are expected to adhere to safety guidelines, especially when using recreational facilities like the beach and sports courts.
  5. Noise Control – To respect the tranquility of the community, noise levels should be kept to a minimum, especially during nighttime.
