RATES AND SECURITY DEPOSIT
Rate: Php 14,200 / night
Security Deposit: Php 5,000
Security Deposit Policy:
To confirm your reservation, a security deposit of Php 5,000 is required. This amount is fully refundable within 2 to 3 days after check-out, provided there are no damages during your stay. A quick inspection will be done upon your departure, and once everything is cleared, the deposit will be returned promptly.

Full payment of Php 14,200 is required at least three (3) days before your scheduled stay.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in (unless stated otherwise). If cancellation has made less than 48 hours security deposit shall be forfeited.
Late cancellation less than 48 hours or no-show will incur a charge equivalent to 1 night’s stay or full stay.
Refund will be processed within 2-3 business days.
Taysan Batangas Farm House Rules
1. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
– Check-In: 9:00 AM or 5:00 PM
– Check-Out: By 7:00 AM or 3:00 PM (next day)
– Late Check-Out: Subject to availability; ₱1,000/hour penalty applies.
2. OCCUPANCY AND GUESTS
– Maximum guests: 12-15 pax.
– Etra Guests: Php 500 per person.
– Registered guests only. No approved visitors or overnight guests.
3. GUEST CONDUCT
– Quiet hours: 10:00pm to 6:00am. Required to protect farm serenity.
– Trash disposal, use designated transh bins. No Littering.
– Farm Safety and etiquette:
a. Pets: allowed if wearing diapers indoors. Clean after them promptly.
b. Lock up: Secure doors/windows when leaving.
c. Damages, report immediately. Costs deducted from deposit or billed.
d. Illegal activities, excessive noise disturbances, or commercial use of the farm.
4. EMERGENCY & SUPPORT

– Lost Keys: Replacement Php 1,000.00.
5. EXCESSIVE CLEANING
– Additional charges apply for post-stay cleaning beyond standard.
